Happy Halloween!!
Our Happy Halloween started by trick or treating at Nana and Pop Pop's house! Jason ran into Darth Vader and Tinkerbell there too! As you can see by this picture he is very curious about Darth Vader's mask!
Three happy trick or treaters!
We took Jason to our neighborhood Fall Festival! Jason was too young to participate in most of the activities, but we visited with some other people and ran into some friends...the highlight for Jason was going down the slide and swinging at the park in his spider costume.Wednesday, October 14, 2009
Love Bites!!!
Love Bites or maybe you could say Love hurts!!!! Kent and I got a good chuckle at Jason's face today! Apparently at daycare, when another little girl went to give Jason a hug - he pulled her hair pretty hard. Then to get him to release his claws...she bit him....and left a nice little mark. Maybe this will teach Jason not to pull hair-or maybe he'll learn not to mess with the ladies!

Fall is Here!
Today Kent, Jason and I went to a Pumpkin Patch at Grace Avenue Methodist Church to get in the mood for Fall! Jason decided not to look at the camera for most of the pictures but I couldn't resist posting them! He was mostly interested in the other kids he saw nearby. Happy Fall!

Jason's 1st Birthday!
The birthday weekend fun began early when Cousins Lauren and Alec brought out Thomas theTrain!!!
Jason just can't let go of those trains!
Grandma Polly and Nana enjoy watching all the cousins play.
Pop Pop with Will and Jason!
The Japp/Smir boys hanging out!
I see you Jason - You can't hide from Mommy!

Aunt Laurel and Mommy!

The cutest Monkey cake I've ever seen! Nana put a lot of LOVE into this birthday cake for Jason! Thanks Nana! It was delicious!
Jason in his Cowboy hat!
Jason's favorite dump truck! He loves all the sounds it makes plus he can ride it too!

In fact, the dump truck was a hit with everyone! Even cousin Will loved taking Jason around for a ride!

Kate was ready to celebrate Jason's birthday!!!

Jason's First Haircut!
On September 1st Jason had his very first haircut! I just couldn't take the long hair any longer. You can't tell by this picture, because we had it combed over...that's right Jason was sporting a "Comb Over". In fact, he's been working on it for some time now. Overall, Jason did great while I was sweating trying to keep him still. I really need to invest in a portable DVD player!

Jason loved answering the door with Mommy and handing out candy. He was mostly interested in following the trick or treaters out into our driveway to see where they were going? Why won't they stay and play with me????

My Daddy Rocks! I love it when he holds me up this high! I can see everything!

Such a BIG BOY! (just a little tired of sitting still!)
